I worked at Coca-Cola Refreshments full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Great people and customers. Most employees are dedicated to providing the best products and customer service.

Cons – They force diversity rather than embrace and nurture. As a result, many employees fail to contribute to the success of the organization. This also results in the frustration of highly qualified "non-diversity" employees who are passed over for well deserved promotions.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
