Current Employee – been working at Coca-Cola Refreshments full-time

Pros – Good benefits, including 401K, pension and ability to purchase vacation

Cons – Unrealistic work expectations - lack of work/life balance. Very reactive environment with ongoing restructures and changes of management every 12-18 months. Lack of proper on-boarding processes and failure to provide training & development across the organization.
