“Learned a lot, but "crabs in a barrel" atmosphere”
Former Employee – worked at Comcast full-time for more than a year
Pros – small perks like free (basic) cable and holiday sales perks
Cons – (Crabs in a Barrel) atmosphere
not much advancement
great job for one with lower class expectations
Advice to Senior Management – while your there you should utilize any education advancement opportunities and do not let the lower class/lower expectation citizens cloud your goal!
