I worked at Comcast full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Fast paced environment. I liked that the job did not become boring. Day to day changes was a great part of the job.

    Cons

Sometimes the customers that called in could be very rude, but that comes with the territory. I had to remember that TV is all that some people have.
