Compass Group USA Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Compass Group USA part-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Good place for part timers that need to work but want to have summers off and want to be home
for their children when school is out.

Cons – Not a company where you can have any upward mobility outside the local job sites.

Advice to Senior Management – More face time with satellite school cafeterias would give district managers a better view of their environment.
