“Good company to start a Culinary career.”
Former Employee – worked at Compass Group USA full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Good work to life balance. Culinary and management training tools. Most of the front and back of the house staff are well trained.
Cons – Upper management not very loyal to there middle manager's and Chef's. Advancement in the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more involved with employee.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
