“Low Salaries with Good Work Life Balance”
Former Employee – worked at CompuCom full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – - Good Work Life Balance
- On site Gym
- OK Benefits
- One could retire here if there is no aspiration for growth in career
Cons – - Flat organization. Less number of managers and getting into management is very tough
- Salaries are less compared to the industry
- Not for people who have aspirations for growth
- Run by Private Equity and that it very conservative
Advice to Senior Management – There needs to be a review of strategy to promote employees with caliber. CompuCom has a risk of losing good employees to competition for this reason. The salaries are less than desirable.
