“Computer People - London Review”
Current Employee – been working at Computer People full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – - Best commission structure seen so far
- Good name in the industry
- Some very gifted & experience recruiters in the business
- Some very good Senior Managers
- Good incentives
- Part of a global leader (Adecco Group)
Cons – - Below average basic salaries (comms make up for this)
- Technology challenged (but not the worse I've seen)
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you doing: Acknowledging, Rewarding & Supporting your staff!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
