“Relaxed work environment”
Current Employee – been working at Conifer Health Care Solutions
Pros – Nice place to work, very collaborative and low stress work environment
Cons – Career growth opportunities are limited and the compensation is below industry standards
Advice to Senior Management – Make the compensation more aggressive and increase focus on career growth of employees.
