“Used to be a great company”
Current Employee – been working at Cox Communications full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Used to really love the people I worked with
If you know the right people, you will have great opportunities to learn + branch out
Cons – Too many contractors taking over previous full time employee jobs
Many people being let go or quitting who were a real asset to Cox
It is frustrating to see new people being brought in who don't know anything about what they're supposed to do and aren't willing to learn.
Advice to Senior Management – The people who have been here for 15+ years and really know their stuff are the people we should keep, not let go.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
