I have been working at Cracker Barrel full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Salary good but no focus on the guest

    Cons

Pressure can be overwhelming at times

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A total lack of focus on what matters. GM spends all day in office analizing numbers and talking on conference calls. Alot of our employees dont even know who the GM is.

    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
