I have been working at Credit Suisse full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great working Culture, Good Benefits, People are good to work with.
Cons – Company moving jobs to India, Poland and Raleigh
Advice to Senior Management – Should not do mass outsourcing for IT. Senior Management should selectively outsource.
