I have been working at Crunch Fitness

    Pros

    Fun classes.
    Great staff.
    Innovative, cutting-edge well-trained instructors.
Flexible, and a fun place to work.
Overall it is a very good experience working at Crunch.

    Cons

One has to jockey to get classes, it can be political.
Sometime equipment needs to be replaced or needs repairs, it can be hard to get the attention of senior management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to offer instructor trainings, and keep the classes innovative. Perhaps have an online forum where employees can post suggestions, tips etc.
