Not for the faint of heart, but can pay off

ProsGreat place to gain invaluable professional experience that will make you a very valuable commodity, fun environment, hands on management, fast job progression, ability to make amazing networking connections, full company paid benefits are quality, long term career potential, ability to "run your own desk," you can make a lot of money, some really cool people, unlimited overtime, can make decent money (takes 3 years,) they are going to grow ALOT in the next 3 years.

ConsThey hire too many unprofessional, unreliable 21 year olds, the base salary is very low, a lot of required hours, the commission structure its poorly designed and you don't make decent money until your third year, some managers have NO business sense, recruiting in general is a very hard and stressful job, the only way to make 6 figures is to be a managing director.

Advice to Senior Managementpeople just out of college don't stick around, for god's sake, make the base salary at least $40k, increase your commission structure (at least make it not tiered - this encourages people to "sit" on sales/cash in,) if someone is not good at their job don't be afraid to make them step down, make it possible for senior sales people to make as much or more as managers, don't require people to work 9 hours - the worthwhile hard-workers will do it anyway and the rest will weed themselves out, do more to reward your best employees/investments and you'll stop losing them, install some performance-based base increases (just making more commission isn't everything,) adapt faster to new technology/industry/business shifts.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: The only pro I can say about working for Culver is that if you are 22, fresh out of college, and still… Cons: Where to start... from as early as the interview stage that is where the lies begin. A day in the life of a Culver Recruiter… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
