“Why or Why is CYBX keeping the employees who don't care and are causing trouble”
Current Employee – been working at Cyberonics
Pros – the benefits, bonuses, team projects, some of the employees who like to teach you new things
Cons – management has it favorites and you are not noticed for saving money
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to you employees
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
