    Pros

    Good environment, no specific working hour requirements, good money.
    Good food in the canteen (not free)

    Cons

    Doesn't help your career much, Not much to learn for an intern.

    I worked at Deloitte full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    1. Flexible timings
    2. Fun team outings
    3. Impact day - a day on which employees (attempt to) help the community
    4. If you are a college fresher looking to do an MBA in 2 years, this is the best place for you - anyone with technology aspirations should stay away.

    Cons

    1. Useless for Technology, stuck in the dark ages - I could go on about this but I understand this may not be the most important factor for a lot of people, if it is, do not join!
    2. Management does not care about growing employee, but simply about their own promotions, and that is made blatantly obvious.
    3. Bad planning and project execution - Though never personally involved in one, have seen multiple projects ever so badly managed where people work 12hrs for 6days a week and are still completely lost.
    4. Though not a good enough reason to leave but - absolutely rubbish Cafeteria.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Preferably Resign!

    Optionally, and as a distant second, get your act together and start delivering on the "tag lines" like "you own your career" when in fact employees are hap-hazzardly moved around to whatever crappy excuse for projects you have, or the "best place to start a career" when (again) in fact, for a technology employee it's often a place that ends your career due to lack of learning and growth.

    Stop your favoritism, it's know all across the firm that the path to a promotion or increment is not good work but sucking up to a Senior Manager.

    And really kill your concept of not technical or functional firm activities - that do not directly contribute to the firm growing Intellectual Property. Singing and dancing to get in an SM's good books and get notices is not a firm activity. And the absolute height is volunteering for social good as a way to get noticed while only doing it for a promotion and increment - it's downright sick!
