I have been working at Deloitte

    Pros

Get to see how a top consulting firm is run. Lots of things not often learned in a typical corporation. The skill level of the team is very good too.

    Cons

Sometimes not easy to balance work/life due to the travel. Also every time when I have a new client, lots of new things to settle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Competition is fierce. How to differentiate Deloitte from other top consulting/accounting firms?
