Pros

Lot's of great experience. Generally a great culture geared towards networking. Work is very fulfilling and constantly changing.

Cons

Overworked and a focus on utilization at all costs. Sometimes a little regard for your actual preferences on a project but rather just that you are available to be staffed.

Consider a maximum work schedule over time.

    Great opportunities to show initiative and gain experience which would not be possible elsewhere, certainly a career incubator

    Pros

    heath and fitness subsidy of $500 annually is a good benefit

    Cons

    Consesus meetings cause low employee morale. Client services hours are emailed to the entire business unit. Management is dishonest, unprofessional, unfriendly, have poor communication skills and micro-manage. No work life balance. It is a sink or swim culture. There is no adherence to privacy laws. Reports of people on leaves of absence are emailed to the entire business unit. Retaliation is prevalent.
