I have been working at Deloitte
Pros – Super talented peers, awesome environment, great volunteer opportunities, etc.
Cons – Can only be promoted at year-end, not enough visibility to what other functions of Deloitte are working on, not as easy to move around in the firm as one might think
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you do
