Dillard's Employee Review

I have been working at Dillard's full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Some of the sales associates are some real characters - fun, interesting people. You do get to see all the new merchandise first.

Cons – Long hours, low pay, very little real autonomy the upper store management major micro-managers. Overall people are very unhappy with this company and it's been this way for many years, but at least we have jobs and they do pay the sales associate a good hourly rate they just need to maintain their SPH to maintain it.

Advice to Senior Management – I really don't think upper management really cares, they are more concern with the bottom line.
