    Excellent company to work for and be part of... the best 28 years .

    I worked at DuPont full-time for more than 10 years


    Pros: Relaxing , but productive. employee's the best , they seem to hire well, salary is very good, will not match this outside the company doing… Cons: To much red tape at times. Slow in making decisions. HR (UK) not Bristol very slow and not up to… Advice to Senior Management: Look at the big pictue, and ask yourself "what if" before making job / life changing decisions .
