decent pay, good foot in the door

they hire a lot of complainers and slackrs

    I worked at DynCorp International as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

    Pay is good. Time off and getting you out of country and home was good for being in a war zone.

    Cons

    living condition was very bad. did not care about safety. have personal from all over the world living in the same tent. bed to close to each other.

    most of the manager were personal that had been fire from the old contact. they need new blood in to lead

    Pros

    DynCorp employees proactive, smart people who are a pleasure to work with in its office environment. The managers have a large network of resources and are constantly training to improve their job skills.

    Cons

    Travel is a must. Most jobs require light to heavy travel including overseas where many of their contracts are.
