I have been working at EY as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Good environemnt in a sense that it gives you the willingness to continue each day as a new day. So many task to work on. But also provides advancement.

    Cons

Boring work. Repeatable work. I don't recommend if you want to be somebody in the leadership frield. I do not enjoy the work here if the people arent nice.

    I worked at EY

    Pros

Great talent, exceptional leadership, reasonably well structured and well defined services and solutions, fiercely competitive both externally and internally, constantly evolving and adaptive

    Cons

Not enough "walk the talk" on people management, feedback and buy-in, team-work, etc.
At times short term in outlook, biases and perception driven, favouritism prone. No work-liked balance, not an inclusive culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Think straight, talk straight
