I have been working at EY full-time (less than an year)

Pros

There are no better places to start off a career in accounting than with one of the Big Four. Good benefits.

Cons

Long hours and lots of travel which would be great, but i have a family that I miss terribly when I'm away.

    Some people just use Ernst & Young as a stepping stone

    EY provides really immense Learning Opportunities
    The middle layer of resoources are vastly Skilled People,
    EY has really good reputation in the region

    Cons

    Just like any other Big4, one needs to be closed to the practice and to the Partners in order to succeed. One has to be extremely committed to showcase ones capabilities to really lave a mark on others.
