Very good work life balance

I have been working at EY full-time for more than 5 years

ProsWork life balance, flex time, good benefits. Individuals are treated like human beings instead of numbers and revennue generators.

ConsSalary limited, harder to make it to upper management without making real internal connections iwthin the firm.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great for career but long hours

Pros: There are no better places to start off a career… Cons: Long hours and lots of travel which would be great, but… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
