    I have been working at EY full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Globally organization with great opportunities to work cross-countries. A strong brand name that of course helps when dealing with clients. Great exposure to leading companies, Amazing people passionate by their work and with a lot of experience, on job training is amazing, career evolution is very fast.

    Cons

    Heavy workload. Sometimes inflexible, too much bureaucracy, but this depends very much on the individual people you work with.

    Invest more in innovation and increased market visibility.

    Trainings both online and onsite
    Good working environment

    Demanding workload, no worklife balance
    Cannot get enough vacation
    Not enough time and effort provided to improve the professional knowledge
    The workload was disproportionally allocated within the team

    Find the balance between the profitability and the satisfaction of the employee
    Pay attention to collagues in the management, who does not treat lower level consultant in a professional manner and not giving the minimum respect
