    I have been working at EY full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Globally organization with great opportunities to work cross-countries. A strong brand name that of course helps when dealing with clients. Great exposure to leading companies, Amazing people passionate by their work and with a lot of experience, on job training is amazing, career evolution is very fast.

    Cons

    Heavy workload. Sometimes inflexible, too much bureaucracy, but this depends very much on the individual people you work with.

    Invest more in innovation and increased market visibility.

    I have been working at EY full-time

    Pros

    The company does an excellent job at building a great corporate atmosphere. Coworkers and peers were wonderful. Their 'no ego' rule broke down barriers between partners and staff. Great opportunities to build professional experience and networking.

    Cons

    The hours are long (very long), especially considering their standard low starting pay. There are rules to promotions and pay increases that can sometimes be bent, but that can sometimes be rigid (ie 2 years to get promoted). Because of the long hours, work/life balance often suffers.

    Starting pay should be increased in order to maintain and attract talent
