Advice to Management

I don't really have any advice to management other than I wish they had the work to hire me full time.

    Pros

The fact that Edelman encourages learnings by introducing, sharing and implementing insights to the public relations profession, makes it an ideal company to grow, personally and professionally.

    Cons

There are absolutely no cons. For the family man and the family woman, the challenge would be to maintain an ideal work life balance, otherwise it's a great place to work at.

    Advice to Management

Working hours are crazy but it is normal in agency life however the management should implement a system where employees who are raising a family should be allowed to work from home on selected days for time close with their families.
