“Good company overall, they ask for a lot though.”
Current Employee – been working at Education Realty
Pros – Great experience in handeling issues and molding into a great leader. Management for the most part is knowledgeable and willing to help. Great with communication of expectations, goals, and information.
Cons – Not enough pay for doing a job that is meant for 2 people.
Advice to Senior Management – Compensate a bit more and dedicate more money so managers can hire additional help.
