Cons – Managers change frequently. Don't expect a promotion under this circumstance.
Top heavy organization.
Co-workers commonly transfer before completion of (any) projects. It will be a mystery what some employees are actually working on.
No rationale why particular employees receive promotion after promotion. Also, it is typical to offer management positions to outside candidates.
Certain managers not accessible or approachable. Will consult with specific employees for communication.
Company looks stable, but can't be, since they layoff employees
Advice to Senior Management – Align priorities between cross-functions. Assign a short list of objectives to your staff. Promote existing employees with a history of documented successes. Lead by example. Demonstrate an understanding of company policies and the ability to construct a project timeline. Employees are subjected to outright mean and bully type managers. Regarding Critical Care comments on the other reviews, I would have to agree. Time to address company culture if you haven't done so yet. Hopefully, it's better place to work there now!
