Pros

Company was filled with incredible experience from the many years of selling and running outsource technology services

Cons

Company was readying for an acquisition by HP. Investments were cut and the legacy culture which was eroding since the mid 2000s, was rapidly losing its center.

Much better off if you don't ask any questions about policies and just accept whatever you are told.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In a completely anonymous survey, ask your employees for feedback so that you can begin to understand what is going on in your company.Avoid at all costs, particularly new college graduates as the culture is very bad. Dont waste your time here

I worked at Electronic Data Systems full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

EDS had one of the best cultures during my tenture. There was always lots of opportunity for career growth and learning.

    Cons

EDS started to lose it way - starting with Dick Brown - as it brought in too many outsiders to lead the company. They lacked vision and leadership in an industry that Ross Perot invented.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to lead, and reinvent the business/industry!
