Pros – Best of breed solutions, great teams, leveraged knowledge?
Opportunities to develop a career due to the diversity of clients and solutions.

Cons – Company undertook some poor contracts leading to the loss of market position and enabling takeover by HP. Resulted in a loss flyover nance and overhead position as they cut costs to make the balance shheets to look good.

Advice to Senior Management – None, they are gone.
