Current Employee – been working at Elekta part-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Good values and interesting line of work to be involved in. Great opportunities if you like to travel

Cons – Grown by acquisition so structure and process still disjointed. However, programmes in place to address this.

Advice to Senior Management – Work harder on the integration. Too many chiefs and not enough indians
