Former Employee – worked at Epsilon

Pros – flexible work environment, the pay was good, met a lot of great people, ability to work on your own and moves fairly quickly if you like that pace.

Cons – internal communication and collaboration was not very good at all and was tough to get responses from managers that were extremely busy and had too much on their plates. they tout themselves as a technology company but i found they are pretty conservative and far behind in that regard. maybe back in the 90s and early 2000s their technology was progressive and innovative but now it needs to seriously catch up.

Advice to Senior Management – wish there was an opportunity to give manager reviews. also invest in hiring some technology leaders. you used to have the #1 email platform. personally thought the UI was horrible compared to other email platforms i have used.
