    Pros

    Nice, down to earth people

    Cons

Very computer heavy, analyzing life cycles utilizing SQL. Not a con if you really enjoy Computer Information Systems.

    Advice to Management

Have quicker response rate after interview.

    Pros

Great experience in a broad range of competencies. You will strengthen your SQL skills, that much I can guarantee.

    Cons

Long days, treated very poorly. The huge workload is expected to be performed by a minimal number of people while the accounts try to maintain their margins. The client is always right - no matter what the right thing to do is. You will receive no backup from upper management, at all. Your immediate manager has a lot less power/authority than you would thing. The account manager decides everything - and, they aren't technically saavy.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. They have a better idea than you think about what's going on. The account leadership (RM's and GM's) are not your friend - every - in any circumstance.
