Former Employee - Service Account Manager in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)

    I worked at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The knowledge databases that are available. Was better than going to university as it was real life uses.

    Cons

It has lost it's human view advantage. It was the factor from moving to other better paying companies. It spent and allowed other corporate cultures that it had purchase via companies and or hired too many from one company at one time. Hence allowing the propagation of the other company culture to pollute ericssons culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work back towards your strengths. Also realize that you cannot average out your cost globally. You do need different cost for different countries. You have the tools. Don't take advantage of one countries weakness in employee protection and lose your humane methods.
