    Pros

It's an engineering company with all the pros and cons. Very talented engineers and developers, who know the in and outs of the Telco industry.
The culture of the company is very friendly. I had not only colleagues there but found new friends. Work life balance is good.

    Cons

    Not really....
When the market was good, it become a little bit too comfortable in every sense.
I would says that beside the engineering part, the other "support" organizations was not always on th etop.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hopefully they will survive the new Chinese competition...
