    I worked at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    High level of knowledge and the opportunity to have international exposure. Always the state of the art technology. They take care of the empoyees.

    Cons

    Salaries are not good in general. It´s not easy to get a better level of salary unless you grow in the role and position.

    Leading in latest development. - LTE
    great opportunities.
    Low stress levels even when deadlines are compromised (probably cons!)

    Cons

    Very slow development.
    Missing the Zing! , the agility and the responsibility.
    too many changes too often, its like the management wants to keep their feet in as many boats as possible to improve performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    incentivize performance!. its ok to be "meeting expectations" to bad/under-performers because of swedish ideologies but you really gotto motivate the go-getters. if you dont, you will get more and more drones/zombies/daemons working for you than active processes!
