Very Fast Paced. If you are unlucky you will end up with wrong manager.

    Pros

    You can get a lot of experience while working for this company.

    Cons

    No planning, lack of control over all activities beginning in negotiation, contract scope, until the final product. There is no clear strategy to deliver a proper service in adequate time to costumers, speed to deliver seems to be way more important than quality which leads in problems and devastating profit losses. The technical area is forgotten nowadays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Restructure the whole process, seek and find the real guilty for bad decisions instead blaming the ones who just follow orders, prepare and give a real value to technical area, make every area in the company work as one for a better product. Ericsson can earn respect in the market again and become at least 3 times more profitable in Brazil if these actions are taken.
