Current Employee – been working at Ernst & Young full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great teams
Good flexibility as to when you can do the work
Partners are involved and usually don't make you feel like you are beneath them

Cons – Hours (it is a big 4)
Amount of work, especially during transition years, feels as though you can't take advantage of the flexibility
Getting off teams when needed

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
