Experian Marketing Services

Director Sales (Current Employee) Schaumburg, IL (US)

ProsGood people, decent pay, great benefits

ConsLack of clear leadership and vision. Have too many traditional executives whom don't understand digital marketing running the show. Every year your quota doubles and your territory get cut in half. Lack of clear direction of the future. Bad morale and lack of communication from management.

Advice to Senior ManagementFind outside executives who understand the digital landscape and can create a vision for the future.

Pros: Large global company. Opportunity to travel in some areas. Finally in a growth mode after years of… Cons: No recognition for actual performance of work - people with many years of service or above average reviewes are let go to support cuts. … Advice to Senior Management: Look deeper into the cost cutting efforts you take to understand the impact to the business. Replacing entire teams 100% is fairly risky and… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
