ProsStart with good salary, benefits vacation. Early on there are opportunities to work in different roles and learn variety of technologies.

ConsBureaucratic. Ranking system leaves a lot to be desired.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen more to the needs of employees to improve development process.

Pros: Some of the best Benefits and Salary in the industry… Cons: Very cut throat. "UP or OUT" mentality. You're ranked against your peers and the bottom 15-20% are… Advice to Senior Management: Take a look at the corporate culture you're creating. If you don't want top talent to jump… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
