I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 10 years

ProsPay well - competitive across any industry
Treat you well - Employee respect is unparalleled
Job satisfaction is great
Plenty of resources and Non-stop learning
Ability to change jobs with out changing employer
Work for a top Financial Services firm with stable track record
Genuinely care about customers and you

ConsBureaucracy can disappoint you since company is too complex to navigate and too many ticketing systems and teams get involved. Some very simple things can take months to get done. Regardless though i think it is still a better company to work for.

Advice to Senior ManagementCut the Bureaucracy

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
