“Great people, good products and services”
I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Privately held, great people, superior benefits. Product and service mix is outstanding. The chairman is visionary and has created a well diversified business model
Cons – High management movement, lack consistent leadership. The culture encourages rapid turnover (3 yrs) of business unit management which means that priorities shift within the business unit as leadership changes
Advice to Senior Management – Build culture that fosters loyalty and continuity. Constant leadership changes disrupt the flow of accomplishment and achievement.
