ProsCompetitive pay for the job.
Co-workers are nice, fun people

Managers treat their employees with a lot of respect.

ConsJob is incredibly repetitive and not challenging intellectually.
The company is not really committed to quality because they dominate in the market place so mediocre is ok for them.
