Pros

Colleagues are quite supportive. The work environment is fairly good..

Cons

They certainly need to hire more do-ers and less "thinkers" that have little PR background but just fancy titles.

    Global network of smart practitioners
    Amazing place to get advice from colleagues within minutes based on different practice/expertise - very helpful to clients if you know how to work the network
    Strong client roster
    Commitment to excellence in client service

    Cons

    Creativity and agility in pockets, but not the hallmark of the company - a must in today's environment
    Rewards mediocrity - makes it hard to retain bright and capable leaders
    St. Louis conservative culture - old boys network

    Change compensation systems to help employees have more ownership/stock and reward performance, not time in job or position
    Solve business problems for clients and aim more to put yourself in their shoes..
