I have been working at Flowers Foods full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Growth mode; strong executive management; friendly culture; great work/life balance; good benefit options
Cons – Corporate location often does not attract the strongest candidates; slow to implement changes; outdated HR processes; bonus/increases are not based on performance
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
