“Great Company to work for.....”
Current Employee – been working at Fluor full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great career opportunities - Fluor is a leader in the EPC business. There is a terrific knowledge base at the company and the knowledge is shared to all.
There is a great diversity in the projects, industries, locations and size.
Cons – None - it really is a great place to grow your career
Advice to Senior Management – Keep investing in the people in the company - its working.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
