Current Employee – been working at Fluor full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Fluor is a stable and growing company. Fluor is good with people development, especially focus on safety. Fluor is a fun place to work.

Cons – Turn over is low which is not much opportunity to move up. Not much communication from mid management team. Political issues.

Advice to Senior Management – When cut budgets, please don't just cut staff employee benefits.
