A great place to build a career

ProsManagement empowers its employees while providing excellent on the job training. There is a business like atmosphere but the people treat you like family.

ConsEmployee relations seems to be trying to driving everyone to the midpoint of the salary range. It can be very discouraging.

Advice to Senior ManagementLeave more room in performance reporting to diferentiate top employees. Either you are the very best or you are lumped in with 90% of the employees
