“Your manager makes all the difference”
Current Employee – been working at Ford Motor full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Tons of passionate colleagues. Some really good bosses who care about you and actually coach for growth.
Cons – Not much room for promotions. Some not-so-great bosses who micromanage you and care more about the formatting than the content.
